Two minutes with a ruler beats guessing. Measure once, order the right size, skip the exchange.
Our sizing runs true to standard UK sizes
We list every pair in UK sizes. If you're between two sizes, or the shoe has a narrow toe box, the product page tells you which way to go in the "Fit note" under Product Details.

EU sizes vary slightly between manufacturers. When in doubt, go by the CM measurement — it's the only number that doesn't shift.
How to measure your foot
Do this in the evening — feet swell slightly through the day, and you want the shoe to fit at your foot's largest.
Stand on paper
Put a sheet of A4 against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall. Wear the socks you'd wear with the sneakers.
Mark your longest toe
Have someone mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe — it isn't always the big toe. Keep the pen vertical.
Measure in CM
Measure from the paper's edge to your mark. Do both feet and use the longer one, then match it to the chart above.
Between sizes?
- Low tops and runners — size up to the next UK size. These sit closer to the foot and a half-size of extra room is comfortable, not sloppy.
- High tops — stay at your measured size. The collar holds your heel in place, so extra length just means your foot slides forward.
- Wide feet — size up. Our uppers are standard width; going up a size gives you the extra room across the ball of the foot.
- Thick socks in winter — size up if you'll wear these with heavy socks most of the time.
